The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop near 38520 S Palm Canyon Dr. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk south to Indian Canyons. Follow the signs to the entrance.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Joshua Tree. Start by heading south on Park Blvd, then turn left onto Hwy 62. Follow the highway for about 10 miles until you reach Palm Canyon Dr. Turn left onto Palm Canyon Dr, and Indian Canyons will be on your right side. The ride will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on your pace.

  • Walking

    If you are feeling adventurous and the weather permits, you can walk from downtown Joshua Tree to Indian Canyons. Start by walking south on Park Blvd until you reach Hwy 62. Carefully cross the highway and continue to follow Park Blvd as it turns into Palm Canyon Dr. This walk is approximately 6 miles and will take you around 2 hours.
