Walking
If you are in the heart of La Jolla, start by heading south on Prospect Street towards the Pacific Ocean. Continue until you reach Girard Avenue, then turn left. Walk down Girard Avenue until you reach the intersection with Pearl Street. Turn right on Pearl Street and continue until you reach the beach. At the end of Pearl Street, you will find the scenic coastline. From there, continue walking south along the coast until you reach Fletcher Cove Beach Park at 111 S Sierra Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075.
Public Transit (Bus)
From La Jolla Village, locate the nearest bus stop for the MTS bus route 101 or 30. Board the bus heading towards Solana Beach. Make sure to check the schedule for the next available bus. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Solana Beach Station' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on S Sierra Avenue for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Fletcher Cove Beach Park, located at 111 S Sierra Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in La Jolla. Start from La Jolla Shores and head north on the coastal bike path. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with S Sierra Avenue. Turn left onto S Sierra Avenue and continue biking for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Fletcher Cove Beach Park at 111 S Sierra Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075.
