Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the La Jolla Village area, head southeast on Girard Avenue towards the coast. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Prospect Street. Turn left onto Prospect Street and follow it until you reach the ocean. Once you reach the beach area, look for La Jolla Shores Lane, which runs parallel to the beach. The entrance to La Jolla Shores Lane will be on your right.

If you wish to take public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop serving the 30 or 31 routes at Girard Avenue and Prospect Street. Board the bus heading towards La Jolla Shores. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the La Jolla Shores stop. From there, walk east towards the beach, and you will see La Jolla Shores Lane along the waterfront.
