If you're on Route 34, board at the same stop but head towards UCSD. Stay on until you reach the stop at Expedition Way and Scripps Institution of Oceanography. From the bus stop, walk about 10 minutes towards the Birch Aquarium, following the signs towards the aquarium entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from any of the local rental shops in La Jolla. Head west on Prospect Street, then take a left on Mission Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach North Torrey Pines Road. Turn right and follow it until you see signs for Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Make a left onto Expedition Way, and you'll find Birch Aquarium on your right. The ride is approximately 20 minutes long and offers beautiful coastal views.

For a scenic walk, start from the La Jolla Cove area. Head north along Coast Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Prospect Street.
