Public Transportation

From La Jolla Cove, walk to the nearest bus stop on Coast Blvd at Girard Ave. Board the MTS Bus #30, heading towards UTC. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop at La Jolla Scenic Dr & Soledad Ave. From there, it’s a short 0.3-mile walk up La Jolla Scenic Dr to reach Mount Soledad Memorial Park.
Biking

If you have access to a bike, you can start from La Jolla Cove. Head northwest on Coast Blvd, then take a right onto Girard Ave. Continue on Girard Ave, and when you reach Torrey Pines Rd, take a left.
