    From La Jolla Village, walk to the nearest bus stop on Villa La Jolla Drive. Take the MTS Bus Route 30 heading towards Downtown San Diego. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the 'Broadway & 5th Avenue' stop. From there, transfer to MTS Bus Route 7 towards 'Balboa Park'. After a short ride, get off at 'Balboa Park, El Prado'. You will find Plaza de Panama located within Balboa Park.

    Rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in La Jolla. Head south on Torrey Pines Road until you reach the intersection with La Jolla Shores Drive. Turn left and continue on La Jolla Shores Drive until it merges into Mission Boulevard. Follow Mission Boulevard until it turns into Pacific Highway. Continue straight until you reach downtown San Diego. Once in downtown, follow signs to Balboa Park, and enter through the main gates. Plaza de Panama will be on your left.

Start at La Jolla Cove and head south along the coast until you reach the intersection with Coast Blvd. Continue along Coast Blvd until you reach the intersection with La Jolla Shores Drive. Turn left and walk down to Mission Boulevard. Follow Mission Boulevard until you enter downtown San Diego. From there, follow signs directing you to Balboa Park. Plaza de Panama will be located in the center of the park once you enter.
