Car
From anywhere in Lake Tahoe, head towards Highway 50. If you're in South Lake Tahoe, take Lake Tahoe Blvd (Highway 50) eastbound. Continue on Highway 50 for approximately 10 miles. Look for the signs indicating the Eagle Lake Trailhead or Eagle Falls. Turn left onto Eagle Lake Trail, which is located just past the Eagle Falls Picnic Area. There is a parking lot available near the trailhead. Note that parking may be limited, especially during peak season, so arrive early to secure a spot.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take the South Lake Tahoe Transit (the Blue Line) to the nearest stop on Highway 50. Disembark at the stop closest to the Eagle Falls Picnic Area. From there, you will have to walk approximately 0.5 miles along Eagle Lake Trail to reach the Eagle Falls Bridge. Make sure to check the transit schedule as services may be limited, especially on weekends and holidays.
Walking
If you're already in the vicinity of Eagle Falls, you can reach the bridge by walking along the Eagle Lake Trail. The trail is well-marked, and the hike is relatively easy, taking about 15-30 minutes depending on your pace. The trail is about 1 mile round trip from the trailhead to the bridge, providing beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
