    If you are driving, head to Highway 89 from your location in Lake Tahoe. If you are near South Lake Tahoe, take US-50 East, then merge onto CA-89 North. Continue on CA-89 for about 9 miles. Look for signs for Emerald Bay State Park. The park entrance will be on your right. Parking costs $10 per vehicle for day use.

    If you are using public transportation, catch the Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) bus route that services the South Lake Tahoe area. Take the bus heading towards Tahoma. You will need to get off at the stop closest to Emerald Bay State Park, which is about a 0.5-mile walk from the bus stop to the park entrance.
