    From the center of South Lake Tahoe, head south on US-50 E towards Stateline. After approximately 2 miles, take the ramp onto CA-89 S towards Emerald Bay. Continue on CA-89 S for about 4 miles. Look for the sign indicating Fallen Leaf Lake and take a right onto Fallen Leaf Lake Road. Continue on this road until you reach the parking area for Fallen Leaf Lake. Note that parking may incur a fee, so have cash ready.
