From the Livermore Transit Center, take the 10B bus towards the Livermore Airport. Get off at the stop on First Street at the Livermore Wine Trolley office. The office is located just a block away from the Livermore Wine Trolley's main boarding area. Walk east on First Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the Livermore Wine Trolley's boarding location.

If you are located near downtown Livermore, you can walk to the Livermore Wine Trolley. Start at the Livermore City Hall at 1052 S Livermore Ave. Head north on Livermore Avenue towards First Street, then turn right onto First Street. Continue walking for about 0.6 miles, and you will arrive at the Livermore Wine Trolley's boarding area, which is located at the intersection of First Street and L Street.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike at one of the local rental shops. Start at the Livermore Public Library, which is centrally located. Head east on Maple Street towards First Street, then turn left onto First Street.
