Getting There

  • Public Bus

    If you're near Long Beach's Downtown or the Long Beach Transit Mall, catch the Metro Local Line 51 bus heading east. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at Spring St & El Dorado Park. From there, walk east on Spring St for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of El Dorado Nature Center at 7550 E Spring St.

    Rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Long Beach. Head east along 3rd St, then take a left onto Redondo Ave. Continue north until you reach Spring St. Turn right on Spring St and follow it east for about 2 miles. The entrance to El Dorado Nature Center will be on your left at 7550 E Spring St.

    If you are in the area of El Dorado Park, you can easily walk there. Start from the nearest landmark, such as the Long Beach City College. Head east on E Carson St until you reach the intersection with Spring St. Turn south on Spring St and walk for about 15 minutes.
