From Long Beach Transit Mall, take the Line 111 bus towards Pacific Coast Highway Station. Get off at the stop at Grand Ave & 10th St. Here, transfer to the Line 232 bus towards Playa Del Rey. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop on S Marine Ave. From there, walk south for about 5 minutes until you reach Playa Del Rey Beach, located at 7313-7351 S Marine Ave.

Bike Rental
Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops near the Long Beach waterfront. Start at the Long Beach Bike Path and head south towards Seal Beach. Continue along the coastline, following the bike path until you reach Playa Del Rey Beach. The ride will take about 1 hour, and you can enjoy scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, park your bike at the designated bike racks near the beach.

If you are near the Long Beach Convention Center, start walking towards the waterfront. Head southwest along Shoreline Drive, enjoying the views of the harbor. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ocean Blvd. Turn left and follow it until you reach Pacific Coast Hwy. Use this highway to head north until you reach Playa Del Rey Beach. This walk is about 2 hours long, so ensure you wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
