Getting There

  • Walking

    From Belmont Shore, head towards 2nd Street and walk west. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Cross the highway at the pedestrian crosswalk. Once across, continue straight until you reach the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. From there, follow the signs directing you towards the Aquarium of the Pacific, which is located at 100 Aquarium Way. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30-40 minutes.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can take the scenic bike path along the beach. Start from Belmont Shore, bike along the beach path towards the Long Beach bike path. Follow the bike path that leads directly to the Aquarium of the Pacific. This route is about 2 miles and offers beautiful views of the ocean. Make sure to wear a helmet and obey all bike path rules.
