    From the Universal City/Studio City Metro Red Line station, a free Universal Studios Hollywood shuttle bus provides transport directly to the park entrance. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes, from 7am until 2 hours after park closing. A single Metro Rail fare costs $1.75.

  • Walking

    From the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Hollywood. Walking directions are marked on the sidewalk. This is a free and convenient option for guests staying at the Hilton.

  • Parking

    If driving, follow the signs to Universal Studios Hollywood parking. General parking before 5pm costs $35, while preferred parking before 5pm is $55. After 5pm, general parking is $10 and preferred is $20. Front Gate parking is available for $75. RV and oversized vehicle parking is $45. There is also valet parking available.

The air fills with the scent of a damp jungle, enhancing the immersive atmosphere. Suddenly, a pack of Venatosaurus attacks, chasing the tram as it attempts to escape. The situation escalates as the tram encounters a trio of Vastatosaurus rexes, leading to a fierce battle. Just when all hope seems lost, King Kong appears to save the day.The attraction employs two massive 3D screens, each 180 feet long and 40 feet tall, creating a seamless 360-degree environment. The tram itself is mounted on a motion-based platform that tilts, vibrates, and drops, intensifying the sensation of being in the middle of the action. Physical effects such as wind, water, and air blasts further enhance the experience, making guests feel like they are truly on Skull Island. King Kong 360 3D replaced the King Kong Encounter, which was destroyed in a fire in 2008, and debuted on July 1, 2010. It stands as one of the park's most popular attractions, offering a thrilling and immersive adventure for visitors of all ages.
