Take the Metro Bus Line 20 towards 'Pico & 20th St'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Holly St & Raymond Ave' stop in Pasadena. From there, it's a short walk: head north on Raymond Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach '20 N Raymond Ave'.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike at one of the many rental stations around Santa Monica. Start from the Santa Monica Bike Path and head east on the path. Once you reach the intersection at 4th Street, turn right and continue until you reach Colorado Avenue. Turn left and bike straight until you reach the Metro Gold Line station at Memorial Park. Park your bike and take the Gold Line towards 'Avenue 26'. Get off at 'Pasadena' station and walk about 10 minutes north on Raymond Ave to reach '20 N Raymond Ave'.
