To reach Echo Park via public transit, find the nearest Metro station to your current location. If you're near downtown Los Angeles, you can take the Metro Red Line from stations like Union Station or Civic Center. Board the train heading towards North Hollywood, and travel for about 5 stops. Get off at the 'Hollywood/Highland' station and transfer to the Metro 2 bus line, which departs from the station. Board the bus heading towards 'Pico & Sepulveda.' Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop for Echo Park Ave & Sunset Blvd. From there, it's a short walk to the park.

If you are staying close to Echo Park, such as in nearby neighborhoods like Silver Lake or Downtown LA, walking can be a great option. From Silver Lake, head southeast on Sunset Blvd until you reach Echo Park Ave. Turn left onto Echo Park Ave and continue walking until you arrive at Echo Park. If you’re coming from Downtown, head northwest on Sunset Blvd, then turn right onto Echo Park Ave and follow that until you reach the park.
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft)
If you prefer a more direct route, consider using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Open the app, set your pickup location, and enter 'Echo Park, Los Angeles' as your destination. The driver will pick you up and take you straight to the park. This is a convenient option if you're not familiar with public transit or walking directions.
