From the center of Malibu, head to the nearest bus stop at Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu Pier. Take the Metro Bus Line 534 towards Santa Monica. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Manhattan Beach & Highland Ave'. From there, walk south on Highland Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach Bruce's Beach located at 2600 Highland Ave.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Malibu. Start from the Malibu Pier, head south along the bike path that runs parallel to Pacific Coast Highway.
