Walking
From the Malibu Pier, head west along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) on the pedestrian pathway. Continue walking for approximately 2.5 miles. As you walk, enjoy the stunning ocean views and the various shops and eateries along the way. Once you reach the intersection of PCH and El Pescador Beach Road, turn left and follow the road until you arrive at El Pescador State Beach. The beach entrance is on your right.

Public Transit
Take the Metro Bus Line 534 from the Malibu Village Plaza (located at 3835 Cross Creek Rd, Malibu). Board the bus heading towards Santa Monica. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop at Pacific Coast Hwy/El Pescador Beach Road. From there, walk down El Pescador Beach Road towards the beach entrance, which will be on your right.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Malibu Lagoon State Beach. Head west on PCH for about 3 miles. There are bike lanes along this stretch. Keep an eye out for the sign for El Pescador State Beach. Turn right onto El Pescador Beach Road and follow it to the entrance of the beach.
