From the Malibu Public Library, take the Metro Bus Line 534 towards Santa Monica. Get off at the stop on Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu Canyon Road. From there, you will need to walk about 2.5 miles east on Malibu Canyon Road until you reach the fork. Take the right fork onto Yerba Buena Road and continue walking for 1.5 miles until you reach the entrance to the hiking path to God's Seat.
