Driving
From Mammoth Lakes, drive south on CA-203/Main Street. Continue to follow CA-203, which becomes Lake Mary Road. Drive approximately 3 miles to the Twin Lakes Campground. Parking is available near the campground, but can be limited, especially during peak season. From the parking area, access the Dragon's Back Trail, which leads towards Mammoth Mountain. Follow the trail, looking for the path that leads to the Hole in the Wall. Note that winter access may be limited due to road closures; check conditions before heading out. Parking at Mammoth Mountain RV Park is also an option for overnight overflow parking; contact them for pricing.

Take the free Orange Line shuttle from the Village at Mammoth to the Mammoth Lakes Basin. From the vehicle closure, access the Winter Public Access Corridor.
