Getting There

    If you are starting from downtown Martinez, head east on Main Street toward Court Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Martinez Amtrak Station. From there, take the Amtrak train headed towards San Francisco. Get off at the Vallejo transfer station. Once you arrive at Vallejo, transfer to the ferry service that will take you across to the Sonoma area. Enjoy the scenic ferry ride, and upon disembarking, follow the signs to E Spain St. Walk east on E Spain St for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Sonoma State Historic Park at 114 E Spain St.

    Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop in Martinez. Take the County Connection Bus Route 16 towards Concord. After a ride of approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the Concord BART station. From there, catch a BART train heading towards San Francisco. Get off at the Embarcadero station and transfer to the ferry service that goes to Sonoma. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, walk east on E Spain St for about 0.3 miles. The Sonoma State Historic Park will be located on your right at 114 E Spain St.
