The Google Visitor Experience in Mountain View offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of Google. Located at the Gradient Canopy building, this destination welcomes neighbors, visitors, and Googlers alike. It features the first West Coast Google Store, where you can discover and purchase the latest Google products. Enjoy a meal or snack at the public Cafe @ Mountain View, or attend an event at The Huddle, a community event space. The Plaza showcases outdoor art and programming, while the Pop-Up Shop supports local businesses. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or simply curious, the Google Visitor Experience provides an engaging and informative glimpse into the culture and innovations of Google. Visiting the Google Visitor Experience is free, making it an accessible attraction for everyone. Parking is also free, with a shuttle service available from the parking lot to the visitor center.

Driving
If driving, navigate to 1001 Alta Avenue, Mountain View, CA, for free parking at the Alta Garage. From there, either take the free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the Google Visitor Experience, or walk approximately 10 minutes. Note that Shoreline Amphitheatre Parking Lot C is temporarily closed from April 12 - June 1, 2025. EV charging is available at Alta Garage.
Public Transport
From the Mountain View Transit Center (Caltrain and VTA Light Rail), take the VTA Route 40 bus towards North Bayshore. Get off at the Charleston and Huff streets stop, which is near the Google Visitor Experience. Alternatively, the free Mountain View Community Shuttle has various stops throughout the city; check the route map for the closest stop to your location. VTA single ride fare is $2.50.
Taxi/Ride-Share
When using a taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft, set your destination as Gradient Canopy, 2000 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View. This will drop you off near the west entrance of the building. Expect to pay around $10-15 for a ride from downtown Mountain View.
