From Davenport, head north on Cabrillo Highway (Highway 1). Greyhound Rock County Park is approximately 7 miles north of Davenport, on the right side of the highway. Look for the large parking lot and the 'Beach Access' sign. Parking is free. Be aware that the parking lot can get crowded on weekends and during peak season.

Public Transport
From Santa Cruz, take the Highway 17 Express bus towards San Jose and disembark at the Davenport stop. From there, walk northwest on Highway 1 (Cabrillo Hwy) for approximately half a mile. Greyhound Rock will be on your right. A single ride on the Highway 17 Express costs approximately $6.

If you are already near Waddell Beach, you can walk south along the beach towards Greyhound Rock. Be aware of the tides, as high tide can block passage along certain sections of the beach. Check tide charts before embarking on this walk. There are no costs associated with walking.
