From the Monterey Transit Plaza, head east on Del Monte Avenue. Window on the Bay will be on your right, approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Look for the park entrance and waterfront views. The path is mostly flat and follows the main road.

Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) buses serve Del Monte Avenue. Check the MST website or app for the most up-to-date routes and schedules. A single ride fare is $2.50, or a day pass is $6. Get off at a stop along Del Monte Avenue near Camino El Estero; the park is a short walk from there.

From Highway 1, take the Del Monte Avenue exit and head towards Monterey. Follow Del Monte Avenue, and Window on the Bay will be on your right. Limited street parking is available along Del Monte Avenue. Alternatively, paid parking is available at the nearby Waterfront Lot (between Washington Street and Wharf #2) for $1.75 per hour, with a daily maximum of $12.00 (9 AM - 8 PM).
