Walking
Start your journey at the Monterey Bay Aquarium located at 886 Cannery Row, Monterey, CA 93940. From there, head northeast on Cannery Row towards David Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Lighthouse Avenue. Turn left onto Lighthouse Avenue and walk for about 0.7 miles, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. Continue on Lighthouse Avenue until you reach the intersection with Asilomar Avenue. Turn right onto Asilomar Avenue. Point Pinos Lighthouse will be on your left at 80 Asilomar Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950. The walking distance from the aquarium is approximately 1.5 miles and should take about 30 minutes.
Public Transit
From the Monterey Transit Plaza, take the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) Bus Route 1 towards Pacific Grove. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the Asilomar Avenue & 17th Street stop. From there, walk west along Asilomar Avenue for about 0.4 miles (approximately 8 minutes) until you reach Point Pinos Lighthouse at 80 Asilomar Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950.
