Take exit 437B to merge onto I-280 S toward Daly City. Continue on I-280 S for about 15 miles, then take exit 45B to merge onto I-880 S toward San Jose. After about 10 miles, take exit 23 for Decoto Rd toward Union City. Turn right onto Decoto Rd, then a left onto Alvarado-Niles Rd. Follow the signs to Eden Landing Ecological Reserve, which will be on your right. Total drive time is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic.
