If you're driving from the North Coast, start by getting on US-101 S from your location. Head south on US-101 for about 75 miles until you reach the junction with CA-36 E in Fortuna. Take the exit toward CA-36 E and merge onto CA-36 E. Continue on CA-36 E for approximately 70 miles until you reach the town of Chester. Once in Chester, follow signs to Lassen Volcanic National Park, which is about 15 miles to the south. The park's entrance will be on your right. Be aware that there may be entrance fees, typically around $30 per vehicle.
