Continue along Riverside Drive until you reach the intersection with Hilltop Drive. Turn left onto Hilltop Drive and continue straight. After about 1 mile, you will see signs for Girvan Road. Turn right onto Girvan Road. Continue on Girvan Road until you reach Cascade Park, which is located at 2901-2975 Girvan Rd. The park will be on your left.

From downtown Redding, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop. Start at the Redding Civic Auditorium and head south on Market Street towards the Sacramento River. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the bike path that runs along the riverbank. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Hilltop Drive. Turn left onto Hilltop Drive and continue for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Girvan Road, and after a short ride, Cascade Park will be on your left at 2901-2975 Girvan Rd.
