Getting There

• BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)

  From any location in Oakland, head to the nearest BART station. If you're in downtown Oakland, the 12th Street Oakland City Center station is a good option. Purchase a ticket to the Embarcadero station in San Francisco. Once you arrive at the Embarcadero station, exit and walk towards the waterfront.   If you're close to the Transbay Terminal in downtown Oakland, take the AC Transit bus Line 1 or Line 40 to the San Francisco Transbay Terminal. However, if you prefer to walk directly to Jack Early Park, it is approximately a 15-mile journey, which could take around 4-5 hours. You can walk along the waterfront, enjoying the views, and cross over to San Francisco via the Bay Bridge pedestrian walkway.
