If you are in downtown Oceanside, start by heading east on Mission Avenue. Continue straight for several blocks until you reach the intersection with Coast Highway (US-101). Turn right onto Coast Highway and walk south for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by various shops and eateries. When you reach the intersection with Civic Center Drive, turn left. The Oceanside Civic Center Plaza will be on your right-hand side at 300 North Coast Highway.
