    Driving

    From the Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center in Twentynine Palms, drive south on Utah Trail, which becomes Park Boulevard inside the park, for approximately 17 miles. Skull Rock will be on your right, with a small parking area nearby. Parking is free but can be limited during peak season.

    Skull Rock is a short walk from Jumbo Rocks Campground. Follow the marked trail from the campground, and you'll reach Skull Rock in about 10-15 minutes. The trail is relatively flat and easy to navigate.
