From Palm Desert, take the SunLine Transit Route 20 bus towards Palm Springs. Transfer to Route 1, which goes directly to Joshua Tree. Get off at the '29 Palms Hwy & Stone Adventures' stop. Walk east for about 5 minutes to reach Stone Adventures. A single ride on SunLine Transit costs $1.
