To reach Monopoly in the Park via public transportation, take the VTA Light Rail (Blue Line) from your nearest station. If starting from the San Jose Diridon Station, board the light rail heading towards the Santa Teresa station. Get off at the San Jose Convention Center station, which takes about 5 minutes. From there, exit the station and walk 0.3 miles east on W San Carlos St. A single ride on VTA is $2.50.

From the intersection of W San Carlos St and Almaden Blvd, head east on W San Carlos St. The park will be on your left in approximately 0.1 miles. No costs are associated with walking.

The Convention Center Garage and the Second & San Carlos Street Garage are both within easy walking distance. Parking rates typically range from $1.25 per 15 minutes, with a daily maximum of $25-$30.
