If you are in downtown Pleasanton, start at the corner of Main Street and Neal Street. Head north on Main Street. Continue walking straight for approximately 0.3 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. As you approach the intersection with Rose Avenue, you will see the Museum on Main on your left at 603 Main St. Look for the large sign indicating the museum.

If you are near a bus stop, check the schedule for the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) bus service. Take Bus Route 10 or 30 towards Pleasanton. Get off at the stop closest to Main Street & Neal Street. From there, walk north on Main Street for about 0.3 miles. The Museum on Main will be on your left at 603 Main St.

If you have a bike, start from the Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park entrance. Head southeast on Foothill Road until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue for about 2 miles. You'll see the Museum on Main at 603 Main St on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
