    Start at the Sacramento Valley Station (401 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814). From here, board the Light Rail Blue Line towards the Watt/I-80 station. Get off at the Watt/I-80 station. Once you exit the station, transfer to Bus Line 23 (towards North Highlands). After about 10 minutes on the bus, get off at the Northrop Ave & Eastern Ave stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to Swanston Park, located at 2350 Northrop Ave.
