If you are traveling by car, head towards Point Loma. Use the I-5 S freeway and take the exit for Rosecrans St. Follow Rosecrans St until it ends, then turn left onto Point Loma Way. Continue on Point Loma Way until you see a small parking area on the right just before the beach access. Parking may be limited, so arrive early to secure a spot. There is no parking fee at this beach.

For those using public transportation, take the San Diego MTS Bus Route 84 from Downtown San Diego or other locations in San Diego Beaches. Ride until you reach the stop at Rosecrans St and Nimitz Blvd. From there, walk west down Rosecrans St until it ends, then turn left onto Point Loma Way. Continue walking for a few minutes until you reach Kellogg Beach. Be prepared for a short walk, as the beach is not directly accessible from the bus stop. The bus fare is approximately $2.50 one way.
