The La Jolla Tide Pools are located off Coast Boulevard, between Wipeout Beach and Hospitals Beach. From La Jolla Cove, walk south along Coast Boulevard. The tide pools are easily accessible via stairs leading down to the beach. Be aware of slippery rocks and changing tides.

Take MTS Route 30 to La Jolla Shores or the Village. From the bus stop, walk towards Coast Boulevard and look for beach access points. Check the tide charts before heading out. MTS Route 41 and 101 also service the area.

From I-5, exit onto La Jolla Parkway or La Jolla Village Drive. Follow signs to La Jolla and then to Coast Boulevard. Parking can be challenging, especially during peak season. Consider parking further away and walking, or using a ride-sharing service. Parking is free for a maximum of 2 hours on Coast Boulevard.
