    From the San Diego side, take the MTS Bus 901 to Coronado. Exit at the 3rd Street & Orange Avenue stop. From there, walk south on Orange Avenue for about 2 minutes until you reach the beach. A one-way fare is $2.50. Alternatively, during the summer (July 1 - September 1), take the free Summer Shuttle from various points on Coronado Island.
