From La Jolla Village, head west on La Jolla Village Drive. Turn left onto Torrey Pines Road, then stay in the left lane as the road forks. Take the second left onto Hidden Valley Road, which becomes Via Capri as you ascend Mount Soledad. Turn left onto Soledad Park Road (which turns into La Jolla Scenic South) to reach the memorial. Parking is free but can be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. Additional street parking is available on La Jolla Scenic South.

From the La Jolla Village Square, take the Route 30 bus towards La Jolla. Get off at the stop closest to La Jolla Scenic Drive South. From there, it's a short walk uphill to the memorial. A one-way fare on the bus is $2.50.
