Public Transport
From downtown San Francisco, take the 38 Geary bus line to the 48th Avenue and Point Lobos stop. The park entrance is a short walk west on Point Lobos Avenue. A single ride on Muni costs $3.00, payable with cash or the MuniMobile app.
Walking
If you are near the Cliff House or Sutro Baths, Sutro Heights Park is a short walk uphill. From the Cliff House, walk north along Point Lobos Avenue, and the park entrance will be on your left.
Driving
From Highway 1 (the Great Highway), turn west onto Point Lobos Avenue. Continue on Point Lobos Avenue until you reach the intersection with 48th Avenue. Limited free street parking is available on 48th Avenue and Point Lobos Avenue. Alternatively, paid parking is available at the Lands End Lookout parking lot. Parking rates vary, but typically cost around $3-4 per hour.
