Whittier Narrows Park is accessible via the Pomona Freeway (CA-60). Exit at Rosemead Boulevard or Santa Anita Avenue and follow the signs to the park. Parking is available within the park, with fees of $6 on weekends and holidays. During the week parking is free. An annual parking pass can be purchased for $40.
