Disembark at the Millbrae station, and transfer to the SamTrans bus line 110 towards Half Moon Bay. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Gray Whale Cove State Beach. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to the beach entrance.

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in downtown San Mateo. Head west on 3rd Avenue until you reach the Bay Trail. The ride is approximately 12 miles, so make sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
