From Santa Monica, head to the Santa Monica Pier and catch the Big Blue Bus Route 7. Ride the bus towards Los Angeles and disembark at the stop at 4th St & Broadway. From there, walk east on Broadway for about 5 minutes until you reach 304 S Broadway. The Bradbury Building will be on your left.

If you are comfortable biking, rent a bike from one of the many bike rental stations in Santa Monica. Head southeast on Ocean Ave, then turn left on Santa Monica Blvd and continue until you reach the intersection with 4th St. Turn right on 4th St and follow it until you reach Broadway. Turn left on Broadway, and the Bradbury Building will be at 304 S Broadway.
