    If you are driving, start from the nearest major city, Redding, CA. Head north on I-5 N for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 736 toward Montague and merge onto CA-97 N. Continue for about 22 miles until you reach Montague. Once in Montague, follow signs for Pluto's Cave. Turn left onto Pluto's Cave Road and follow it for about 2.5 miles until you reach the cave entrance. Note that the last portion of the road may be unpaved; a vehicle with higher clearance is recommended.
