Driving

From the town of McCloud, drive approximately 5 miles east on Highway 89. Look for the Forest Service sign on the left-hand side of the highway indicating 'Fowlers Camp and Lower Falls'. Follow the road to the Lower Falls Day Use and parking area. Parking is free.
