From Grant Grove Village, head east through the Kings Canyon Visitor Center parking lot. Continue onto the road that bends left along a meadow and then curves right, ascending a pine-covered ridge. The road is narrow and winding, so exercise caution. After approximately 2 miles, you'll reach the parking area for Panoramic Point. Note that RVs and trailers are not permitted on this road. During winter, the road is typically closed due to snow. The entrance fee for Kings Canyon National Park is $35 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
