    If driving, head towards Riverside, CA. From the I-15 freeway, take the exit for the I-215 South. Merge onto I-215 South, then take the exit for the Riverside Freeway (CA-91 East). Continue on CA-91 East and take exit 56 for La Sierra Ave. Turn left onto La Sierra Ave, and then turn right onto Polk St. Castle Park will be on your left at 3500 Polk St, Riverside, CA 92505. Parking is available on-site for $15.

    To reach Castle Park using public transportation, take the Metrolink train to the Riverside-Downtown station. From there, transfer to the Riverside Transit Agency bus #1 or #16. These buses will take you towards the vicinity of Castle Park. Get off at the stop nearest to Polk St. The park is a short walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is typically around $1.50 one way. Metrolink tickets from Riverside-Downtown to the La Sierra station cost $4 - $6.

Since its opening in 1976, the park has become a cherished destination for locals and tourists alike.The park features over 20 amusement rides, including Merlin's Revenge, a junior roller coaster, and Screamin' Demon, a wild mouse roller coaster. For those seeking less intense thrills, there are classic rides like a 1905 Dentzel carousel, a miniature railroad, and a log flume ride. Families with younger children will find plenty of suitable rides for toddlers.In addition to the rides, Castle Park offers four 18-hole miniature golf courses, a large video game arcade, and Buccaneer Cove, a water park with slides and interactive splash zones. During Halloween, the park transforms into Castle Dark, a spooky experience with themed attractions.The park was designed, built, and operated by Bud Hurlbut, who also designed rides for Knott's Berry Farm. Today, Castle Park is owned and operated by Herschend Family Entertainment.
