From Los Angeles, head east on I-10 for about 100 miles until you reach the Palm Springs exit (CA-111). Take exit 111 towards Palm Springs, and merge onto CA-111 N. Continue on CA-111 for about 5 miles, then turn left onto E Granvia Valmonte. Robolights will be on your right. Be aware of parking availability in the area, as it may vary depending on the time of year.
