The Cesar E. Chavez National Monument is located near Keene, CA, off Highway 58. From Highway 58, take exit 139 toward Keene. Turn right onto Woodford-Tehachapi Road. Travel approximately 0.5 miles east on Woodford-Tehachapi Road, and the entrance to the monument will be on your left. Parking is free. Note that parking for larger RVs can be tricky, but staff are accommodating. Look for the U-shaped driveway on the side of the visitor center parking lot. There are no fees to enter the park.
