Walking
From the center of Tahoe City, head southeast on N Lake Blvd for about 2.5 miles. You will pass several small shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Highway 89. Turn left onto Highway 89 and walk for another mile. You'll see the sign for Eagle Falls Trailhead on your right. Follow the signs to the parking area and trailhead.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Tahoe City. Start by heading southeast on N Lake Blvd for approximately 2.5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Highway 89, turn left and continue for about a mile. Look for the Eagle Falls Trailhead sign on your right. There is bike parking available near the trailhead.

Take the local bus service from Tahoe City to South Lake Tahoe. Board the bus at the Tahoe City Transit Center and ask the driver to let you off at the Emerald Bay State Park stop. From there, walk about a quarter of a mile down Highway 89 towards the Eagle Falls Trailhead. The trailhead will be on your left.
